Our pierogi are made with a soft, thin dough and filled with the finest quality products. They are hand pinched, pre-boiled and sold fresh (cook days are typically Mondays and Thursdays - flavors vary based on what's in low supply that week) or frozen by the full or half dozen (full dozens ONLY during the holidays (pre-order or walk-in).  Most dozens average 1 1/2 pounds!
